Returns: Products once sold cannot usually be returned. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds: After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods (like groceries, dairy, frozen items) cannot be returned unless damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
